Without hosting, your web address has nothing to show, and your website is offline.

What's included in WebCare hosting?
Every plan includes fast, secure WordPress hosting, monthly backups, and help when something breaks. WebCare Plus adds 1 hour of website updates each month, priority on your requests, and a simple monthly report on how many people visited your site.
Can you host a website you didn't build?
Yes. WebCare works for any WordPress website, even one someone else built. We'll move it over and take it from there.
I already have hosting. Can I get WebCare just for support?
Yes. If you're happy where your site is hosted, WebCare can cover the tech support and updates only. Reach out and we'll set up the plan that fits.
Is my website backed up?
Yes. Your site is backed up every month, so there's always a saved copy if something goes wrong.
What if I don't use my monthly update hour?
On WebCare Plus, unused time carries over for up to 3 months, so you can save it for a bigger change.
What if I need more than an hour of updates?
No problem. Extra work is quoted up front, so you'll know the price before anything is done.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly payments stop as soon as you cancel. Yearly plans are paid up front and aren't refunded if you cancel early.
What happens to my website if I cancel hosting?
If you cancel, you'll need to set up hosting with a new provider to keep your website online.
How does billing work?
After you sign up, invoices are sent to you automatically by email each month or year, and you can pay online by card or bank.
